Returns

• We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• Requests for return must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered lehengas.

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged/defective).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).
